An 11+ practice app for the English and verbal reasoning papers. It includes 1,500 vocabulary words with spaced-repetition flashcards, reading comprehension, spelling, punctuation and grammar (SPAG), verbal reasoning, word roots, figurative language, a Writing Coach and timed mock exams.

Children aged 9 to 11 — Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6. It's most useful in the 12 to 18 months before the exam, though keen Year 3 readers can enjoy the vocabulary practice too.

Grammar school entrance tests and independent school admissions tests across the UK. Mock exams are modelled on GL Assessment, Kent Test, CEM-style and ISEB Common Pre-Test formats, and you can set your target exam in the app to track coverage. See our exam boards guide.

All three names mean the same exam. "11+" is the usual written form, "11 plus" is how most parents type it into a search box, and "eleven plus" is the spelled-out version still used by some councils and schools. Whichever your area uses, it refers to the same grammar school entrance and independent school admissions tests taken in Year 6.

No. Elevenplus FC focuses on English and verbal reasoning so it can cover them in depth. Most families pair it with a separate maths resource.

Short, daily sessions work best: around 10 to 15 minutes, five days a week, plus reading for pleasure. The default flashcard session is 20 cards (adjustable in Profile), which most children finish in under ten minutes.

Yes. Many families use it for daily practice between tutoring sessions. The Progress Report PDF in the Parent Zone is an easy way to show a tutor what your child has covered and where they're struggling.

The first 100 vocabulary words and every practice mode are free forever, with no trial timer. Premium unlocks the full 1,500-word library and removes the free-tier limits on the other practice areas.

Premium is a single one-time payment with lifetime access. The current price is shown on Google Play and in the app's Premium screen.

No. You pay once and are never charged again — no renewals and no upsells.

Yes. Install the app on the second device, open the Premium screen and tap Restore purchase, signed in to the same Google Play account. The app also checks for existing purchases automatically on first launch.

Learning progress (streaks, known words, writing) is stored on the device and will be lost. The Premium purchase is tied to your Google account and restores when the app is reinstalled.

There are no accounts, no analytics and no advertising, and learning progress is stored on the device. AI-assisted features (such as Writing Coach, Mistake Vault and the optional sentence check) send only the text needed to generate a response to Google's Gemini AI, through our relay, which stores and logs nothing. Our privacy policy explains every case.

Photos are checked on the device first, and any photo containing a face is blocked before it can be uploaded. The photo itself is never stored — only the text read from it, which your child can review and correct. There's a daily photo limit too.

Every AI request uses stricter-than-default safety filtering. All AI feedback is clearly labelled and can be reported in-app, and parents can review everything their child has written — and every piece of feedback — in the PIN-protected Parent Zone.

No. There's no chat, no social features and no user-generated content visible to others.

Flashcards, quizzes, the built-in practice content and instant sentence checking work offline. AI-assisted features (like Writing Coach) and loading word images need an internet connection.
